JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you will do:

The primary responsibility of IT Technician is to assist in the administration and support of information system users by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining network equipment, servers, computers, printers, scanners, and other devices.

• • • Participate as a Helpdesk to resolve calls for support of Information Systems users.
    • Assist in the administration and support of Network and Systems Management.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on network equipment, servers, computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
    • Assist in the support and administration of network cabling (install, terminate, and troubleshoot), telephone/voicemail systems, video conferencing, and multi-media audio visual equipment.
    • Research, analyze and test Information Systems solutions and assist with training end-users.
    • Develop and implement new technologies.

To qualify for this role you will have:

• • • Minimum Associate’s degree in computer/network support.
    • Two years of related experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of both experience and training will be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, preferred.
