ROLL-OFF DUMPSTERS

10 Yard Roll-Off Dumpsters For Rent

About our 10-Yard Roll-Off Dumpsters

A 10-yard dumpster is a roll-off bin that we deliver to your residence or business. Ten-yard roll-offs are ideal for one-time clean-ups, decluttering, garage or basement clean-outs, or small remodeling projects. The dumpster holds 10 cubic yards of material, roughly equivalent to around three pickup truck loads.

We offer flexible pick-up schedules based on customer needs. This makes it convenient for ongoing remodels or construction projects, as well as for businesses that generate a consistent amount of waste.

Dumpster Rental Checklist

Before renting a 10-yard dumpster there are a few important things to consider:

  • Check your space.
Assess whether you have enough space on your property to accommodate a dumpster. The 10-yard size is relatively compact, but still requires a designated area for placement. It’s crucial to ensure that there are no obstructions such as overhanging trees or electrical wires that could hinder placement.

  • Learn the rules.
It’s important to check if your local ordinances or rules restrict the use of roll-off dumpsters. Some communities have guidelines governing the placement and duration of dumpster rentals.

  • Avoid restricted items.
Certain materials such as soil, household hazardous waste, liquids, and lithium batteries are not allowed in a standard dumpster, so be sure to discuss with us your specific needs.

  • Know your weight limits.
Consider the weight of the waste you intend to dispose of, as there are restrictions on the maximum weight allowed for a 10-yard dumpster. Speak to our customer service representative for weight allowance. Please note some materials may incur additional charges depending on the content of the dumpster.
