Landfills

Dem-Con has provided waste and recycling services to the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota for more than 40 years. Our industrial waste and construction & demolition landfill is state-of-the-art. The landfills are lined, include leachate collection and are permitted with the MPCA to accept industrial wastes that are profiled and approved for disposal. We are also permitted to accept construction and demolition waste, such as residuals from recycling operations, asbestos, contaminated soil, treated lumber, and wood materials.

Landfill Policies

  • 1
    Loads containing visible materials NOT accepted will be refused.
  • 2
    Loads dumped that have an unacceptable quantity of hidden materials NOT accepted will be reloaded at a fee for the customer.
  • 3
    Drivers must walk around their load after dumping to pick out & reload all materials NOT accepted.
