Dumpster Rental Checklist

Before renting a 40-yard dumpster there are a few important things to consider:

  • Check your space.
The 40-yard size necessitates a designated area for placement. Please ensure that there are no obstructions such as overhanging trees or electrical wires that could prevent the driver accessing your property.

  • Learn the rules.
Check if your local ordinances or rules restrict the use of roll-off dumpsters. Some communities have guidelines governing the placement and duration of dumpster rentals.

  • Avoid restricted items.
Certain materials such as soil, household hazardous waste, liquids, and lithium batteries are not allowed in a standard dumpster, so be sure to discuss with us your specific needs.

  • Know your weight limits.
Consider the weight of the waste you intend to dispose of, as there are restrictions on the maximum weight allowed for a 40-yard dumpster. Speak to our customer service representative for weight allowance.
